It began with street music and would prefer singing in Liverpool learned. Today is the singer Judith Holofernes success band Wir sind Helden. In search of Plan B for the anxious father they lost once in the study - and especially learned what she does not want.

After her Abi in Freiburg tried Judith Holofernes, back in Liverpool to come. Because they feared no singing of the six seats feet wet, she attended for performance management. Studied as a Plan B

Judith heard from the course in corporate and marketing communications. Researchers she drove to Berlin and asked: "If you do this, you can also make music very much and hardly ever needs to come?" She laughs: "And they have said: Yes, this is so." Their Plan B was born.
So they moved into their native city of Berlin and studied at the College of Arts, but happy she is not: "The other students questioned little. The giggling when someone asks whether an award-winning commercials is unethical." Judith looked the part of the socio-scientific studies, but they often found only business communication. The other films they learned to analyze, for a daily television series to write. And they took place at the University of their closest friends.
A small terrier named Holofernes
Young joined them in small clubs in Berlin. That changed only the Popkurs the Academy of Music and Drama in Hamburg. In the summer of 2000 she visited him twice for three weeks and found people who made music with her. The starting gun for Wir sind Helden: "I am like a small terrier in Polase, Jean-Michel and Steven legs grimly at the end we were a band." Their last appearance at the Hochschule in Berlin was a nine-month group work on advertising and consumer criticism: "It was a total curiosity in the course and has pretty much a stir." By studying, she was then ready for the chapter she concluded. They just went out no longer.
This is a way, for they have long been clear - since about eight years with the record collection of her mother had discovered. Liverpool, that was the right path, while the study was a red herring, she says. "It was the typical artist thing that we need long to make the leap to dare and to see that you really just want to do." Judith jumped and now focused entirely on the music.
"Do this with the music, but learning what decent"
